Q: How many people does the Winery hold?
A: Our Winery can comfortably seat approximately 50 people on our covered, three- season back deck and 75 throughout the entire winery. For larger parties, we recommend renting out the pool area (weather permitting) that can hold up to 100.
Q: What events can Maple Springs host?
A: We can host all sorts of events including, but not limited to, birthday parties, anniversary parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, intimate weddings (50 and under), receptions, baby showers, office parties, business meetings, holiday parties, class reunions, workshops, classes, and much more. If you can celebrate it, we can get you in the spirit.
Q: How much does it cost to rent the venue?
A: The venue rental fee will depend on the event, the time of year, the time frame, how many people are attending, and which options you choose for your event. Contact us for more details at Info@maplespringsvineyard.com.
Q: What does the Venue Rental Fee include?
A: The Winery venue rental fee includes use of the winery for 3 hours, indoor deck with fireplace, and outdoor patio with patio heater and fire pit, onsite tables and chairs, long tables and benches on indoor deck, Nine 6-foot tables fitted with burgundy or black tablecloths (no chairs), sound system for DJ or presentation (sorry no MP3 players or the like, MSV has available music), water and/or sparkling water, parking, one bartender, and one onsite coordinator day of the event.
The Pool Venue Fee includes use of the pool and immediate surrounding grounds for 3 hours, existing outside tables and chairs, Nine 6-foot tables fitted with burgundy or black tablecloths (no chairs), bottled water and/or sparkling water, parking, one bartender, and one onsite coordinator day of the event. It does NOT include other linens, food, utensils, music, gratuity, Life Guard or private waitstaff.
You can rent either venue or both for additional costs.
Q: Can I bring my own food, or do I have to use a particular caterer?
A: State law requires that all food be prepared and plated by a licensed caterer. This can include a licensed food establishment such as a deli or restaurant, a caterer of your choice, or we can advise you about local caterers or food trucks that we’ve worked with. Due to regulations, we cannot allow home-cooked food or re-plating of catered food by consumers or winery staff.
Q: How do I reserve Maple Springs for an event?
A: Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to find out available dates. When you have a date set, a time frame, an estimated headcount, and an idea of your options, we can draw up a Rental Agreement. Your spot will be reserved when we have a signed Rental Agreement and the Deposit on file. Generally, Harvest months of mid-September through mid-November are unavailable.
Q: How much is the Deposit?
A: The deposit will be based on your Venue Rental Fee, and when paid, it will be applied to the Venue Rental Fee.
Q: What if my guests don’t drink wine?
A: We can offer a selection of beer or cider made in Pennsylvania and non-alcoholic beverages for your party, for an additional fee.
Q: What about the temperature inside the Winery?
A: We are located in a working winery that is open to the Production area. We have heat and air conditioning, however, we are limited to a certain temperature range (on the cooler side) due to the production and storage of wine in the winery.
Q: Do you allow children at the Winery and Pool during events?
A: Children are allowed, provided they are supervised at all times. Anyone who appears under 40 will get ID’d by the bartenders if they attempt to order an alcoholic drink. Anyone caught providing alcohol to a minor will be immediately asked to leave the premises.
