2016 Dijon Clones Chardonnay
Description
Hailing from our two oldest vineyards, Aunt Barbara's and Old Dutch, this racy offering is sure to please! Made of the clones 95 and 96, this reserve wine was aged in French Oak with half new and half neutral barrels. Driven by the subtle flavors and aromatics, this wine was aged in our cellar for 15 months and treated with minimal handling in order to show respect to the fruit. Our goal was to let the nature of the clones guide our hands and let their character be our guide in the crafting of this wine.
